Hi I once was a therapist who wrkoed in a chirpractic office, we’ve seen a ton of patients in this situation. Here’s the thing, massage is good for overall health by reducing stress, and relieving metabolic waste. Depression is something not tied in with that. Not once were in school were we ever explained anything on depression (speaking of my own schooling of course) as in how to treat.. etc. It can help you buy taking the time for you, and being in a facility that is built to help people. surrounding yourself in those types of situation is what really helps depression. Find a good therapist and a good company and let it all out.
