Being a regular at your other outlet, I was looking forward to frequenting your new facility at Garuda Mall but after the pathetic experience I do not want to ever visit Kenko (nor would I ever recommend it to any of my friends). The staff at the reception (Suman Matthew is very rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic). Being from an industry where customer service is of utmost importance I am shocked that you have someone like her at the front office. I have never felt this embarrassed all my life. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience but came out stressed. Did not even redeem the experience. Really unhappy about this. Thought I should bring this to your attention so that you don't have other customers face the same ordeal. I absolutely agree with what the writer said. I had tried foot massage twice. on the second time, i was giving kenko another chance. their style of foot massage is weird and I came off feeling cheated.
